We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff and the security guard were very helpful when we forgot our key. They went out of their way to assist us. We also appreciated that the hotel allowed us to use the bathroom after we checked out since we had joined a local tour that didn't provide bathing facilities. The manager spoke English well and created a good atmosphere. The room had nice amenities and the bathroom was clean and didn't have any unpleasant smells or flooding issues. The WIFI was excellent with multiple access points and no disruptions during our three-week stay.
Nothing, all good.

The hotel's decor had a funky vibe that added some quirks to our romantic escape. Plus, the rooftop bar was a great place to watch the sunset and enjoy a few cocktails. Another bonus is that the hotel is located close to the beach and some nice restaurants.
the room was not as clean as we would have liked and had some unpleasant smells.

The friendliness of the staff was outstanding - they really made my business trip feel welcome. The restaurant on site had an amazing selection of Thai cuisine and the price was great too. The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to major highways and within walking distance to a major shopping center.
The rooms are in need of some updates as they are a bit outdated, and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. the noise from the nearby construction site made it a bit difficult to focus during the day.
